There is a valve that allow the throttle to slowly close. I removed it so that the throttle action will be more precise.

DATSUN 240Z BUILD
I just recently purchased a 71' Datsun 240z. Currently has the 2.4 liter engine in the car, as well as all suspension and brake systems are factory.
Recent upgrades and cost effective ones as noted will be done until the car is painted:
-----Four to Five speed conversion
-Centerforce Stage II clutch
-Stainless clutch hose
